Part I. Information Collected through the Service
A. Information You Directly and Voluntarily Provide to Us.
If you are a visitor to the Site, or a user of the App, we may collect information that you provide to us when you communicate with any of our departments such as customer service etc.
If you sign up to receive access to our application, you will be required to provide an phone number as part of the registration process. If you use your Facebook Account or other third party social network accounts to register for the Service, we will collect your Facebook Account or other third party social network accounts information.
B. Information Automatically Collected Through the Service.
We automatically collect information about you when you use the Service.
If you access the Service through a mobile device, we may be able to identify the general location of your mobile device. We will collect information including, but not limited to: your mobile device’s brand, model, operating system, resolution, screen size, system version, Bluetooth settings, internet connection, RAM, history, the apps you have installed, the apps you have running in the background, along with your account activation time, content displayed to you and whether you clicked on it, notifications that have appeared on your mobile device, your IP address, your mobile country code, and your identity. We will also request access to your device’s camera and microphone, your contacts, your sms, your Wi-Fi connection information and your device ID and call information.
You may be able to limit the amount of information collected from your device (computer, phone, or tablet) with us by adjusting your mobile device’s settings.
Part II. How We Use the Information We Collect.
Since we are totally online cash loan platform, we need these information to decide whether to approve your loan application or not. We need your photos, media and files, your device’s camera and microphone.etc to confirm the loan is applied by yourself. And we also need your contacts, call information, sms.etc to match with our evaluation system, that would determine your credit rating. We also use the information we gather through the Service to help us better understand how the Service and our products and services are being used. By identifying patterns and trends in usage, we are able to better design the Service and our products and services to improve your experience.
• Camera & Microphone.
We would use your device’s camera and microphone to record your voice and images for face recognition. We will confirm the loan is applied by yourself based on face recognition results.
• Call Log.
When you use our service, we would collect your call log information to confirm your register number is a common use number. Besides, call log information is part of credit rating.
We would collect your sms information when you apply for loan in our platform. We need to query the numbers of sms messages which sent from other cash loan platforms and score your credit.
We need the authority to cache files.
When you use our service, we would collect your contacts information. We would use it for collection in case of losing contact with you after issuing.
• Your device’s phone number
We expect the phone number that you use for registration is the same with your device’s phone number, it’s another method to confirm the loan is applied by yourself. So we would record your device’s phone number when you submit your application.
• List of installed packages
We would collect your installed packages information to figure out how many cash loan applications have been installed in your device, that’s also part of credit rating.
